Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to a composition comprising: a first component A, comprising: between 68 and 99.9 wt.-% of an aqueous dispersion of at least one polymer, said aqueous dispersion comprising said polymer with an amount of between 20 and 90 wt.-%; between 0 and 2 wt.-% of a nonionic or ionic dispersing agent; a second component B, comprising: between 10 and 30 wt.-% of a nonionic, non-aqueous liquid carrier, between 0 and 20 wt.-% of calcium sulfate, between 10 and 89.9 wt.-% of at least one hydraulic binder, between 0 and 10 wt.-% of a thixotropy agent; wherein both components A and B are prepared and stored separately and mixed directly before application; and with the proviso that the first component A furthermore comprises: between 0.1 and 15 wt.-% of a monovalent metal salt, and the second component B furthermore comprises: between 0.1 and 25 wt.-% of a polyamine. The inventive composition is highly suitable cementitious adhesive, joint sealant, or coating and due to the reduced viscosity of either or both of components A and B better mixing and application properties than the state of the art, while the mechanical and adhesive properties of the cured product are maintained or even improved.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition comprenant : un premier constituant A, comprenant : entre 68 et 99,9 % en poids d'une dispersion aqueuse d'au moins un polymère, ladite dispersion aqueuse comprenant ledit polymère avec une quantité comprise entre 20 et 90 % en poids ; entre 0 et 2 % en poids d'un agent de dispersion non ionique ou ionique ; un second constituant B, comprenant : entre 10 et 30 % en poids d'un support liquide non aqueux non ionique, entre 0 et 20 % en poids de sulfate de calcium, entre 10 et 89,9 % en poids d'au moins un liant hydraulique, entre 0 et 10 % en poids d'un agent thixotrope ; les deux constituants A et B étant préparés et stockés séparément et mélangés directement avant l'application ; et comme condition que le premier constituant A comprenne en outre : entre 0,1 et 15 % en poids d'un sel métallique monovalent, et que le second constituant B comprenne en outre : entre 0,1 et 25 % en poids d'une polyamine. La composition de l'invention est un adhésif, un matériau d'étanchéité de joint ou un revêtement à base de ciment hautement approprié et présentant, du fait de la viscosité réduite de l'un ou des deux constituants A et B, de meilleures propriétés de mélange et d'application que l'état de la technique, tandis que les propriétés mécaniques et adhésives du produit durci sont maintenues voire améliorées.
