Abstract
(EN) A method of making a laminated shear web flange (30a, 30b) for a wind turbine blade (10) is described. The flange (30a, 30b) has a generally T-shaped cross-section comprising a base (40) and an upstand (41). According to the method, an elongate mould tool (42) having first and second mould parts (44, 46) and being moveable between open and closed configurations is provided. In the open configuration, first surfaces (48a, 48b) of the mould parts (44, 46) together define a primary surface (52) of the mould tool (42), and second surfaces (50a, 50b) define respective side surfaces of the mould tool (42) transverse to the primary surface (52). In the closed configuration, the first surfaces (48a, 48b) are mutually opposed and define a slot (62) therebetween. The method further comprises arranging plies (61) of reinforcing fibres on the mould tool (42) in the open configuration, closing the mould tool (42) such that the plies (61) supported on the primary surface (48a, 48b) now occupy the slot (62) between the mould parts (44, 46) to form the upstand (41) of the flange (30a, 30b) and the plies (61) supported on the second surfaces (50a, 50b) of the mould parts (44, 46) form the base (40) of the flange (30a 30b), and integrating the plies (61) with resin to form the flange (30a, 30b).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une bride stratifiée de voile de cisaillement (30a, 30b) pour une pale d’éolienne (10). La bride (30a, 30b) possède une section transversale généralement en forme de T comprenant une base (40) et un montant (41). Selon le procédé, un outil de moule allongé (42) possédant une première et une deuxième partie de moule (44, 46) et mobiles entre une configuration ouverte et une configuration fermée est décrit. Dans la configuration ouverte, des premières surfaces (48a,48b) des parties de moule (44, 46) définissent ensemble une surface primaire (52) de l'outil de moule (42) et des deuxièmes surfaces (50a, 50b) définissent des surfaces latérales respectives de l'outil de moule (42) transversalement à la surface primaire (52). Dans la configuration fermée, les premières surfaces (48a,48b) sont mutuellement opposées et définissent une fente (62) entre elles. Le procédé comprend en outre l'agencement de plis (61) de fibres de renforcement sur l'outil de moule (42) dans la configuration ouverte, la fermeture de l'outil de moule (42) de telle sorte que les plis (61) supportés sur la surface primaire (48a, 48b) occupent à présent la fente (62) entre les parties de moule (44, 46) pour former le montant (41) de la bride (30a, 30b) et les plis (61) supportés sur les deuxièmes surfaces (50a, 50b) des parties de moule (44, 46) forment la base (40) de la bride (30a 30b) et l'intégration des plis (61) à la résine pour former la bride (30a, 30b).
