Abstract
(EN) Provided is a photovoltaic module, comprising several cell strings, wherein each of the cell strings includes several battery cells connected to each other in series; and a single battery cell comprises two opposite special-shaped slices and at least two rectangular slices located between the two special-shaped slices. The present invention uses slices obtained by equally cutting a standard battery piece, and realizes electrical connection by means of the mutual overlapping of the slices on an edge, thereby removing solder strips in existing photovoltaic modules, avoiding the problems of loss and assembly caused by the solder strips, and improving the overall aesthetics and the manufacturing efficiency of the photovoltaic module by using a special layout.
(FR) L'invention concerne un module photovoltaïque, comprenant plusieurs chaînes de cellules, chacune des chaînes de cellules comprenant plusieurs cellules de batterie connectées l'une à l'autre en série; et une cellule de batterie unique comprend deux tranches de forme spéciale opposées et au moins deux tranches rectangulaires situées entre les deux tranches de forme spéciale. La présente invention utilise des tranches obtenues en découpant de manière égale un élément de batterie standard, et réalise une connexion électrique au moyen du chevauchement mutuel des tranches sur un bord, ce qui permet d'éliminer les bandes de soudure dans les modules photovoltaïques existants, évitant les problèmes de perte et d'assemblage provoqués par les bandes de soudure, et améliorant l'esthétique globale et l'efficacité de fabrication du module photovoltaïque par l'utilisation d'une disposition spéciale.
(ZH) 本发明提供一种光伏组件,包括若干电池串列,所述电池串列内包含有若干相互串接的电池单元,所述单个电池单元内包括两个朝向相反的异形切片及位于两个异形切片之间的至少两个矩形切片。本发明采用由标准电池片等分切割得来的切片,通过切片之间在边缘处相互交叠的方式实现电性连接,取消了现有光伏组件中的焊带,避免了焊带所带来的损耗和装配问题,而且利用特殊的布局方式提升了光伏组件的整体美观性和生产制造的效率。
