Abstract
(EN) Disclosed is a light fire-retardant engineering plastic filler, which relates to the related technical field of engineering plastics and comprises the following components: guanidine sulfamate, carbon nanotubes, N,N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide, hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene, sodium hydroxide, N,N-dimethyl formamide, nylon, zinc stearate, nano sepiolite fine powder, triisopropanolamine, 8-hydroxyquinoline, calcium stearate, molecular sieve raw powder, polyvinylpyrrolidone, and terpene resin modified glass fiber powder. The light fire-retardant engineering plastic filler of the present invention has high surface strength, good toughness, high impact strength, strong weather resistance, superior comprehensive performance, and light specific weight.
(FR) L'invention concerne une charge légère ignifuge en plastique technique, qui se rapporte au domaine technique associé des plastiques techniques et qui comprend les constituants suivants : sulfamate de guanidine, nanotubes de carbone, N,N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide, hexachlorocyclotriphosphazène, hydroxyde de sodium, N,N-diméthylformamide, nylon, stéarate de zinc, poudre fine de sépiolite nanométrique, triisopropanolamine, 8-hydroxyquinoléine, stéarate de calcium, poudre brute de tamis moléculaire, polyvinylpyrrolidone et poudre de fibre de verre modifiée par une résine terpénique. La charge légère ignifuge en plastique technique de la présente invention présente une résistance de surface élevée, une bonne ténacité, une résistance aux chocs élevée, une résistance aux intempéries élevée, une performance globale supérieure et un poids spécifique léger.
