Abstract
(EN) Disclosed is a porous membrane for water treatment, comprising: a high molecular weight polyethylene, a water-soluble polymer, and an antioxidant, wherein the high molecular weight polyethylene has an average molecular weight between 1.0 × 105-10.0 × 106, and a density between 0.940 g/cm3-0.976 g/cm3, and wherein based on the weight of the high molecular weight polyethylene of 100 parts, the weight of the water-soluble polymer is between 5-50 parts; and the weight of the antioxidant is between 0.1-10 parts. The prepared porous membrane for water treatment has a thickness between 5 µm-30 µm, a micropore diameter between 10 nm-100 nm, a porosity between 20%-60%, and a surface contact angle between 30º-95º. Also disclosed is a method for preparing the porous membrane for water treatment.
(FR) L'invention concerne une membrane poreuse pour le traitement d'eau, comprenant : un polyéthylène de poids moléculaire élevé, un polymère soluble dans l'eau et un antioxydant, le polyéthylène à poids moléculaire élevé ayant un poids moléculaire moyen compris entre 1.0 × 105-10.0 × 106, et une densité comprise entre 0.940 g/cm3-0.976 g/cm3, et dans lequel, sur la base du poids du polyéthylène à poids moléculaire élevé de 100 parties, le poids du polymère soluble dans l'eau est compris entre 5 et 50 parties; et le poids de l'antioxydant est compris entre 0,1 et 10 parties. La membrane poreuse préparée pour le traitement de l'eau présente une épaisseur comprise entre 5 µm et 30 µm, un diamètre de micropore compris entre 10 nm et 100 nm, une porosité comprise entre 20 % et 60 %, et un angle de contact de surface compris entre 30° et 95°. L'invention concerne également un procédé de préparation de la membrane poreuse pour le traitement d'eau.
