Abstract
(EN) A preparation method for an organic titanium precursor polymer TPP-II and an application thereof in a special coating, relating to the technical field of preparation for and application of new materials. Under the catalysis of gamma-phase nanometer aluminum oxide, a mixture of hydrogenated titanium powder, epoxy resin, a nano-dispersant, a titanate coupling agent, a silane coupling agent, and a solvent is placed in a ball-milling reaction tank for a ball milling reaction under ultrasonic conditions; under the coupling action of mechanical force and ultrasonic waves, not only the micron-sized titanium hydride is refined to the nanometer scale, but also a chain scission, grafting and polymerization of a high-molecular polymer is induced; and an organic titanium precursor polymer TPP-II with a hydroxyl group structure is obtained by ring opening of epoxy groups. The organic titanium precursor polymer TPP-II can be used to prepare an anti-acid corrosion protection material in a high temperature environment, such as primers and finishing coats of a flue gas desulfurization system and a heat exchanger device.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un polymère précurseur de titane organique TPP-II et une application correspondante dans un revêtement spécial, se rapportant au domaine technique de la préparation et de l'application de nouveaux matériaux. Sous catalyse par de l'oxyde d'aluminium nanométrique en phase gamma, un mélange de poudre de titane hydrogéné, de résine époxy, d'un nanodispersant, d'un agent de couplage au titanate, d'un agent de couplage au silane et d'un solvant est placé dans un réservoir de réaction de broyage à billes pour une réaction de broyage à billes dans des conditions ultrasonores ; sous l'action de couplage d'une force mécanique et d'ondes ultrasonores, non seulement l'hydrure de titane de dimension micrométrique est raffiné à l'échelle nanométrique, mais également une scission de chaîne, un greffage et une polymérisation d'un polymère à poids moléculaire élevé sont induits ; et un polymère précurseur de titane organique TPP-II possédant une structure de groupe hydroxyle est obtenu par ouverture de cycle de groupes époxy. Le polymère précurseur de titane organique TPP-II peut être utilisé pour préparer un matériau de protection anticorrosion acide dans un environnement à haute température, tel que des apprêts et des couches de finition d'un système de désulfuration de gaz de combustion et d'un dispositif d'échangeur de chaleur.
(ZH) 有机钛前驱体聚合物TPP-II的制备方法及其在特种涂料中的应用,属于新材料的制备和应用技术领域。在γ-相纳米氧化铝的催化下,将氢化钛粉、环氧树脂、纳米分散剂、钛酸酯偶联剂、硅烷偶联剂和溶剂的混合料置于球磨反应罐内,于超声条件下进行球磨反应,通过机械力与超声波的耦合作用,不仅使微米级氢化钛细化至纳米尺度,同时还将诱发高分子聚合物发生断链接枝聚合反应,环氧基则开环生成带羟基结构的有机钛前驱体聚合物TPP-II,可用于制备高温环境耐酸性腐蚀防护涂料,如烟气脱硫系统及换热器设备的底漆和面漆。
