The present invention relates to polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon-based compounds, for a molecular electronic device, enabling molecular rectification, and molecular electronic devices comprising a molecular layer formed by means of the compounds self-assembled on an electrode. The compounds according to the present invention can realize rectifying properties by being introduced between electrodes and thus enable a high rectification ratio by means of low voltage driving, and thus can be substituted for a silicon-based diode device and, more particularly, can be utilized for a wearable device, Bluetooth, an IoT enabling device and the like which require low voltage driving.

La présente invention concerne des composés hydrocarbonés aromatiques polycycliques, pour un dispositif électronique moléculaire, permettant un redressement moléculaire, et des dispositifs électroniques moléculaires comprenant une couche moléculaire formée au moyen des composés auto-assemblés sur une électrode. Les composés selon la présente invention peuvent obtenir des propriétés de redressement en étant introduits entre des électrodes et permettent ainsi un rapport de redressement élevé au moyen d'une commande à basse tension, et peuvent ainsi se substituer à un dispositif à diode à base de silicium et, plus particulièrement, peuvent être utilisés pour un dispositif vestimentaire, Bluetooth, un dispositif d'activation d'IoT et analogues qui nécessitent une commande à basse tension.

본 발명은 분자 정류 작용을 하는 특징을 갖는 다환 방향족 탄화수소 기반의 분자 전자 소자용 화합물과 상기 화합물이 전극상에 자기조립되어 형성된 분자층을 포함하는 분자 전자 소자에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 화합물은 전극 사이에 도입되어 정류 특성을 구현할 수 있어, 저전압 구동으로 높은 정류비를 구현할 수 있어 실리콘 기반의 다이오드 소자를 대체할 수 있고, 특히 저전압 구동이 요구되는 웨어러블 디바이스, 블루투스, IoT 구현 디바이스 등에 유용하게 활용할 수 있다.
