According to the present disclosure, the imaging device is provided with: a detection unit for detecting a specific region within a pickup image as a region of interest; a control unit for performing control such that pixel signals are read at a first pixel resolution from a region including the region of interest, and pixel signals are read at a second pixel resolution lower than the first pixel resolution from a region not including the region of interest; and an analog-digital conversion unit for converting the pixel signals read under the control of the control unit into digital signals.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'imagerie comprenant : une unité de détection pour détecter une région spécifique à l'intérieur d'une image capturée, en tant qu’une région d'intérêt ; une unité de commande pour exécuter une commande telle que des signaux de pixel sont lus à une première résolution de pixel à partir d'une région comprenant la région d'intérêt, et que des signaux de pixel sont lus à une seconde résolution de pixel inférieure à la première résolution de pixel à partir d'une région ne comprenant pas la région d'intérêt ; et une unité de conversion analogique-numérique pour convertir en signaux numériques les signaux de pixel lus sous le contrôle de l'unité de commande.
