A pre-stretched substrate and manufacturing method thereof, and an electronic component and manufacturing method thereof. The pre-stretched substrate manufacturing method comprises: in an environment having a temperature greater than a first temperature threshold, sequentially forming on support plate (1) at least two film layers, the at least two film layers having different thermal expansion coefficients; and separating the at least two film layers from the support plate (1), so as to obtain a pre-stretched substrate; wherein, the at least two film layers have different degrees of contraction in a room-temperature environment.

L'invention concerne un substrat pré-étiré et son procédé de fabrication, et un composant électronique et son procédé de fabrication. Le procédé de fabrication de substrat pré-étiré consiste : dans un environnement ayant une température supérieure à un premier seuil de température, à former de manière séquentielle sur une plaque de support (1) au moins deux couches de film, lesdites au moins deux couches de film ayant des coefficients de dilatation thermique différents ; et à séparer les au moins deux couches de film à partir de la plaque de support (1), de façon à obtenir un substrat pré-étiré ; les au moins deux couches de film présentent différents degrés de contraction dans un environnement à température ambiante.

一种预拉伸基底及其制作方法、电子器件及其制作方法。预拉伸基底的制作方法包括:在高于第一温度阈值的环境下,在载板(1)上依次形成至少两层膜层,至少两层膜层的热膨胀系数各不相同;将至少两层膜层与载板(1)分离,得到预拉伸基底;其中,至少两层膜层在常温环境中的收缩程度不同。
