Abstract
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a monitoring system that can inspect a steam trap in a simple manner. Provided is a monitoring system having: a nozzle-type steam trap (3) provided with a supply part (10) to which water vapor is supplied, and a discharge part (11) that discharges liquid water contained in the water vapor; a temperature measurement unit (20) that measures the temperature of the discharge part; a transmission unit (24) that transmits temperature information including the temperature measured by the temperature measurement unit; a reception unit (7) that receives the temperature information; an assessment unit (8) that assesses whether or not there are any abnormalities in the nozzle-type steam trap on the basis of the temperature information; and a notification unit (9) that issues a notification when the assessment unit assesses there to be an abnormality; the assessment unit assessing there to be an abnormality when a first discharge-side reference temperature lower than the boiling point of water and a second discharge-side reference temperature higher than the boiling point of water are set into the discharge part and the temperature of the discharge part as included in the temperature information is either lower than the first discharge-side reference temperature or higher than the second discharge-side reference temperature.
(FR) L'objet de la présente invention est de fournir un système de surveillance permettant d'inspecter de manière simple un piège à vapeur. L'invention concerne un système de surveillance comprenant: un piège à vapeur (3) de type à buse pourvu d'une partie d'alimentation (10) à laquelle de la vapeur d'eau est fournie, et une partie d'évacuation (11) qui évacue l'eau liquide contenue dans la vapeur d'eau; une unité de mesure de température (20) qui mesure la température de la partie d'évacuation; une unité de transmission (24) qui transmet les informations de température comprenant la température mesurée par l'unité de mesure de température; une unité de réception (7) qui reçoit les informations de température; une unité d'évaluation (8) qui évalue si des anomalies existent ou non dans le piège à vapeur de type à buse sur la base des informations de température; et une unité de notification (9) qui émet une notification lorsque l'unité d'évaluation évalue qu'il y a une anomalie; l'unité d'évaluation évalue qu'il y a une anomalie lorsqu'une première température de référence côté évacuation inférieure au point d'ébullition de l'eau et une seconde température de référence côté évacuation supérieure au point d'ébullition de l'eau sont réglées dans la partie d'évacuation et que la température de la partie d'évacuation incluse dans les informations de température est soit inférieure à la première température de référence côté évacuation soit supérieure à la seconde température de référence côté évacuation.
