A seal ring (26) used together with a cross shaft (16), which has a center section (17) and four shaft sections (18a, 18b, 18c, and 18d) extending in four directions from the center section, the center section forming step surfaces (17a) extending radially outward from the shaft section from a base end of the shaft section , and with a bearing (21) attached to a tip-end portion of the shaft section, said seal ring being fitted onto the shaft sections and arranged between the bearing and the step surfaces. The seal ring has a seal lip (34) that makes contact with the step surfaces around the entire periphery thereof, and a recessed part (36) into which the seal lip enters after deforming when attached to the cross shaft.

L'invention concerne une bague d'étanchéité (26) utilisée conjointement avec un arbre transversal (16), qui présente une section centrale (17) et quatre sections d'arbre (18a, 18b, 18c, 18d) s'étendant dans quatre directions à partir de la section centrale, la section centrale formant des surfaces de marche (17a) s'étendant radialement vers l'extérieur à partir de la section d'arbre à partir d'une extrémité de base de la section d'arbre, et avec un palier (21) fixé à une partie d'extrémité de pointe de la section d'arbre, ladite bague d'étanchéité étant ajustée sur les sections d'arbre et agencée entre le palier et les surfaces de marche.
