This positron emission tomography device (100) is provided with a photodetector (20) including a signal line (23) connecting a plurality of (eight) photoelectric conversion elements (21) and an amplifying unit (22) to transmit electrical signals from the plurality of photoelectric conversion elements to the amplifying unit. The photodetector is configured in such a way that impedances of each signal line between each of the plurality of (eight) photoelectric conversion elements and the amplifying unit are substantially equal.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de tomographie par émission de positrons (100) pourvu d'un photodétecteur (20) comprenant une ligne de signal (23) connectant une pluralité de (huit) éléments de conversion photoélectrique (21) et une unité d'amplification (22) pour émettre des signaux électriques de la pluralité d'éléments de conversion photoélectrique à l'unité d'amplification. Le photodétecteur est conçu de façon à ce que les impédances de chaque ligne de signal entre chaque élément de la pluralité de (huit) éléments de conversion photoélectrique et l'unité d'amplification soient sensiblement égales.
