An OLED light-emitting device, comprising a substrate (1), a light-emitting unit (2) disposed on the substrate (1), and an encapsulation structure (3) disposed on the surface of the light-emitting unit (2) away from the substrate (1). The encapsulation structure (3) comprises a deoxygenation layer (30) constituted by a reactive metal used for reacting with oxygen. The reactive metal is a metal having a reactivity between aluminum and copper and reacting with oxygen.

L'invention concerne un dispositif électroluminescent à diodes électroluminescentes organiques (OLED), comprenant un substrat (1), une unité électroluminescente (2) disposée sur le substrat (1), et une structure d'encapsulation (3) disposée sur la surface de l'unité électroluminescente (2) à l'opposé du substrat (1). La structure d'encapsulation (3) comprend une couche de désoxygénation (30) constituée par un métal réactif utilisé pour réagir avec de l'oxygène. Le métal réactif est un métal ayant une réactivité entre l'aluminium et le cuivre et réagissant avec l'oxygène.
