A method for decoding a video signal and a device for same are disclosed. In particular, the method for decoding an image on the basis of an intra-prediction mode may comprise the steps of: deriving an intra-prediction mode of a current block; sub-sampling the current block on the basis of a sub-sampling pattern; generating a sub-sampled prediction sample by means of a reference sample, adjacent to the current block, on the basis of the intra-prediction mode; generating a sub-sampled reconstruction sample by means of a sub-sampled residual sample and the sub-sampled prediction sample; and generating a prediction block of the current block by means of the reference sample and the sub-sampled reconstruction sample on the basis of the intra-prediction mode.

L'invention concerne un procédé de décodage d'un signal vidéo et un dispositif associé. Le procédé de décodage d'une image sur la base d'un mode de prédiction intra peut notamment comprendre les étapes consistant à : déduire un mode de prédiction intra d'un bloc courant ; sous-échantillonner le bloc courant sur la base d'un motif de sous-échantillonnage ; générer un échantillon de prédiction sous-échantillonné au moyen d'un échantillon de référence, adjacent au bloc courant, sur la base du mode de prédiction intra ; générer un échantillon de reconstruction sous-échantillonné au moyen d'un échantillon résiduel sous-échantillonné et de l'échantillon de prédiction sous-échantillonné ; et générer un bloc de prédiction du bloc courant au moyen de l'échantillon de référence et de l'échantillon de reconstruction sous-échantillonné sur la base du mode de prédiction intra.

본 발명에서는 비디오 신호를 디코딩을 수행하는 방법 및 이를 위한 장치가 개시된다. 구체적으로, 인트라 예측 모드 기반으로 영상을 디코딩하는 방법에 있어서, 현재 블록의 인트라 예측 모드를 유도하는 단계; 서브-샘플링 패턴(sub-sampling pattern)에 기초하여 상기 현재 블록을 서브-샘플링하는 단계; 상기 인트라 예측 모드에 기초하여 상기 현재 블록 주변의 참조 샘플을 이용하여 서브-샘플링된 예측 샘플을 생성하는 단계; 서브-샘플링된 레지듀얼 샘플 및 상기 서브-샘플링된 예측 샘플을 이용하여 서브-샘플링된 복원 샘플을 생성하는 단계; 및 상기 인트라 예측 모드에 기초하여 상기 참조 샘플 및 상기 서브-샘플링된 복원 샘플을 이용하여 상기 현재 블록의 예측 블록을 생성하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
