(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé d'augmentation du rendement d'au moins un élément parmi de l'oxydosqualène, des triterpènes et/ou des triterpénoïdes dans une cellule hôte génétiquement modifiée et une cellule hôte respective, ainsi que l'utilisation de ladite cellule hôte pour la fabrication dudit au moins un élément parmi les oxydosqualènes, les triterpènes et/ou les triterpénoïdes.
