The present invention relates to a composition for inducing dedifferentiation from somatic cells to induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSs) and a method of inducing dedifferentiation using same, wherein the composition for inducing dedifferentiation and the method of inducing dedifferentiation increase the efficiency of dedifferentiation from somatic cells to iPSs by stimulating CXC chemokine receptor 2 (CXCR2), which is a receptor on human somatic cells, and thus may be effectively used for inducing the dedifferentiation to iPSs.

La présente invention concerne une composition pour induire une dédifférenciation à partir de cellules somatiques en cellules souches pluripotentes induites (iPS) et une méthode d'induction de dédifférenciation l'utilisant, la composition pour induire la dédifférenciation et la méthode d'induction de dédifférenciation augmentant l'efficacité de dédifférenciation de cellules somatiques en iPS par stimulation du récepteur 2 de chimiokine CXC (CXCR2), qui est un récepteur sur des cellules somatiques humaines, et pouvant ainsi être efficacement utilisées pour induire la dédifférenciation en iPS.

본 발명은 체세포에서 유도 만능 줄기세포(induced pluripotent stem cell; iPS)로의 역분화 유도용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 역분화 유도방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 역분화 유도용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 역분화 유도방법은 인간 체세포의 수용체인 CXCR2(CXC chemokine receptor 2)를 자극함으로써 체세포에서 유도 만능 줄기세포로의 역분화 효율을 증가시키므로, 이를 효과적으로 유도 만능 줄기세포로의 역분화 유도에 이용할 수 있다.
