Provided is a metal–carbon fiber reinforced resin material composite having: a metal member being a steel material or an iron-based alloy; a resin layer provided on at least one surface of the metal member and including a thermoplastic resin; and a carbon fiber-reinforced resin material provided upon a surface of the resin layer and including a carbon fiber material and a matrix resin having thermoplastic properties. The indentation elastic modulus for the resin layer at 160–180°C is higher than the indentation elastic modulus for the matrix resin at 160–180°C.

L'invention concerne un composite de matériau de résine renforcé par des fibres de métal-carbone, présentant : un élément métallique qui est un matériau d'acier ou un alliage à base de fer ; une couche de résine disposée sur au moins une surface de l'élément métallique et comprenant une résine thermoplastique ; et un matériau de résine renforcé par des fibres de carbone disposé sur une surface de la couche de résine et comprenant un matériau de fibres de carbone et une résine de matrice présentant des propriétés thermoplastiques. Le module élastique d'indentation pour la couche de résine à 160 à 180 °C est supérieur au module élastique d'indentation pour la résine de matrice à 160 à 180 °C.

鉄鋼材料又は鉄系合金である金属部材と、前記金属部材の少なくとも一つの面に設けられ、熱硬化性樹脂を含む樹脂層と、前記樹脂層の面上に設けられ、炭素繊維材料と熱可塑性を有するマトリクス樹脂とを含む炭素繊維強化樹脂材料と、を有し、前記樹脂層の160~180℃での押し込み弾性率が前記マトリクス樹脂の160~180℃での押し込み弾性率よりも高い、金属-炭素繊維強化樹脂材料複合体が提供される。
