Abstract

The present invention relates to a process for the synthesis of a carbon labeled organic compound containing a carbon labeled carboxyl group. The present invention also concerns the use of carbon labeled organic compounds containing a carbon labeled carboxyl group obtained by the process of the invention, in the manufacture of pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals, in particular pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals having a free carboxylic acid functionality. Another aspect of the invention relates to a process for manufacturing labeled pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals, in particular pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals having a free carboxylic acid functionality, comprising a step of synthesis of carbon labeled organic compounds containing a carbon labeled carboxyl obtained by the process of the invention A still another aspect of the invention further relates to a process for producing tracers and radiotracers, characterized in that it comprises a step of synthesis of carbon labeled organic compounds containing a carbon labeled carboxyl group obtained by the process of the invention.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de synthèse d'un composé organique marqué au carbone contenant un groupe carboxyle marqué au carbone. La présente invention concerne également l'utilisation de composés organiques marqués au carbone contenant un groupe carboxyle marqué au carbone obtenu par le procédé selon l'invention, dans la fabrication de produits pharmaceutiques et agrochimiques, en particulier des produits pharmaceutiques et agrochimiques ayant une fonctionnalité d'acide carboxylique libre. L'invention concerne, selon un autre aspect, un procédé de fabrication de produits pharmaceutiques et agrochimiques marqués, en particulier de produits pharmaceutiques et ayant une fonctionnalité d'acide carboxylique libre, comprenant une étape de synthèse de composés organiques marqués au carbone contenant un carboxyle marqué au carbone obtenu par le procédé selon l'invention.Un autre aspect de l'invention concerne par ailleurs, un procédé de production de traceurs et de radiotraceurs, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une étape de synthèse de composés organiques marqués au carbone contenant un groupe carboxyle marqué au carbone obtenu par le procédé selon l'invention.
