Provided are a molding apparatus and method for manufacturing a fiber-reinforced composite material molded article that exhibit superior molded article releasability and superior abrasion resistance in areas of molded surfaces that have been imparted with releasability, and are capable of suppressing reductions in releasability. The fiber-reinforced composite material molding apparatus (101) comprises a mold (130) for molding a fiber-reinforced composite material, in which a fiber-reinforced base material is impregnated with a resin composition, to obtain a fiber-reinforced composite material molded article. Some or all cavity surfaces (113a), (123a) of the mold (13) have a surface free energy of 25.0 mJ/m2 or less as measured via a three-liquid method. It is preferable that some or all of the cavity surfaces (113a), (123a) be injection surfaces through which fluorine and/or silicon are injected.

L'invention concerne un appareil de moulage et un procédé de fabrication d'un article moulé en matériau composite renforcé par fibres qui présentent une démoulabilité d'article moulé supérieure et une résistance à l'abrasion supérieure dans des zones de surfaces moulées aptes à la démoulabilité, et qui sont capables de supprimer des réductions de démoulabilité. L'appareil de moulage de matériau composite renforcé par fibres (101) comprend un moule (130) pour mouler un matériau composite renforcé par fibres, dans lequel un matériau de base renforcé par fibres est imprégné avec une composition de résine, pour obtenir un article moulé de matériau composite renforcé par fibres. Tout ou partie des surfaces de cavité (113a), (123a) du moule (13) ont une énergie libre de surface inférieure ou égale à 25,0 mJ/m2 telle que mesurée à l'aide d'un procédé à trois liquides.
