[Problem] To provide: a curable composition which is free from defects of prior art, while having excellent reflectance, yellowing resistance, solder heat resistance and crack resistance; a cured product of this curable composition; and an electronic component which comprises this cured product. [Solution] A curable composition which is characterized by containing (A) a white coloring agent, (B) a photopolymerization initiator, (C) a bi- or higher functional (meth)acrylate monomer that has a heterocyclic ring and (D) a thermosetting compound, a cured product of this curable composition, and an electronic component which comprises this cured product are achieved.

Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir : une composition durcissable qui est exempte de défauts de l'état de la technique, tout en présentant d'excellentes propriétés en termes de réflectance, de résistance au jaunissement, de résistance à la chaleur de soudure et de résistance à la fissuration; un produit durci de cette composition durcissable; et un composant électronique qui comprend ce produit durci. La solution selon l'invention porte sur une composition durcissable qui est caractérisée en ce qu'elle contient (A) un agent colorant blanc, (B) un initiateur de photopolymérisation, (C) un monomère méthacrylate bifonctionnel ou multifonctionnel qui possède un cycle hétérocyclique et (D) un composé thermodurcissable, un produit durci de cette composition durcissable, et un composant électronique qui comprend ce produit durci.
