This uninterrupted flow construction method comprises a perforation step for perforating an existing pipe (1) with a hole saw (H), and a plug insertion step for inserting a plug into the existing pipe (1) from a cut groove (10), wherein the construction method comprises: a step for preparing, prior to the perforation step, a T-shaped pipe (4) having a semicircular groove (20) cut in a branch pipe section (42) over half of the circumferential direction thereof; a connection step for connecting, after the perforation step, a piping material (6) to the branch pipe section (42) of the T-shaped pipe (4); and after the connection step, a step for taking out a first gate (G1) that has been inserted into the semicircular groove (20). In the plug insertion step, the first gate (G1) is inserted as the plug into the existing pipe (1) from the cut groove (10).

L'invention concerne un procédé de construction à écoulement ininterrompu comprenant une étape de perforation consistant à perforer un tuyau existant (1) au moyen d'une scie-cloche (H), et une étape d'insertion d'obturateur consistant à insérer un obturateur dans le tuyau existant (1) à partir d'une rainure découpée (10), le procédé de construction comprenant : une étape de préparation, avant l'étape de perforation, consistant à préparer un tuyau en forme de T (4) ayant une rainure semi-circulaire (20) découpée dans une section de tuyau de dérivation (42) sur la moitié de la direction circonférentielle ; une étape de raccord, après l'étape de perforation, consistant à raccorder un matériau de tuyauterie (6) à la section de tuyau de dérivation (42) du tube en forme de T (4) ; et après l'étape de raccord, une étape de retrait consistant à retirer une première grille (G1) qui a été insérée dans la rainure semi-circulaire (20). Dans l'étape d'insertion d'obturateur, la première grille (G1) est insérée comme obturateur dans le tuyau existant (1) à partir de la rainure découpée (10).

ホールソー(H)で既設管(1)を穿孔する穿孔工程と、切削溝(10)からプラグを既設管(1)内に挿入するプラグ挿入工程とを備えた不断流工法であって、穿孔工程に先立って、分岐管部(42)に円周方向の半周にわたって切り開かれた半周溝(20)を有するT字管(4)を用意する工程と、穿孔工程の後に、T字管(4)の分岐管部(42)に配管材(6)を接続する接続工程と、接続工程の後に、半周溝(20)に挿入した第1ゲート(G1)を抜く工程とを備え、プラグ挿入工程において、第1ゲート(G1)をプラグとして切削溝(10)から既設管(1)内に挿入する。
