This rubber composition is obtained by blending 0.1-2.5 parts by weight of a lubricant having a flow temperature of 50-100°C relative to 100 parts by weight of an ethylene·butene·5-ethylidene-2-norbornene terpolymer. By containing a specific lubricant, this rubber composition achieves the advantageous effects of preventing sticking between unvulcanized rubber materials, improving productivity in a rubber material preparation step and a vulcanization-molding step of a crosslinked molded article such as a sealing member, and not causing a deterioration in low temperature properties of the crosslinked molded article. This rubber composition is particularly effective as a crosslinking molding material of a sealing component that requires a high-pressure gas sealing function in a low temperature environment such as -39°C or lower.

La présente composition de caoutchouc est obtenue par mélange de 0,1 à 2,5 parties en poids d'un lubrifiant ayant une température d'écoulement de 50 à 100 °C par rapport à 100 parties en poids d'un terpolymère d'éthylène-butène·5-éthylidène-2-norbornène. En contenant un lubrifiant spécifique, la présente composition de caoutchouc permet d'obtenir les effets avantageux de prévention du collage entre des matériaux en caoutchouc non vulcanisé, d'améliorer la productivité dans une étape de préparation de matériau de caoutchouc et une étape de moulage par vulcanisation d'un article moulé réticulé tel qu'un élément d'étanchéité, et de ne pas provoquer de détérioration des propriétés à basse température de l'article moulé réticulé. La présente composition de caoutchouc est particulièrement efficace en tant que matériau de moulage par réticulation d'un composant d'étanchéité qui nécessite une fonction d'étanchéité au gaz à haute pression dans un environnement à basse température tel que -39 °C ou moins.

エチレン・ブテン・5-エチリデン-2-ノルボルネン3元共重合体100重量部当り、流動温度が50~100℃の滑剤を0.1~2.5重量部配合してなるゴム組成物。このゴム組成物は、特定の滑剤を配合することにより、未加硫ゴム生地同士の固着を防止して、ゴム生地準備工程およびシール部材等の架橋成形品の加硫成形工程における生産性を改善し、しかもこの架橋成形品の低温性を損なうことがないという効果を奏する。このゴム組成物は、-39℃以下といった低温環境下で、特に高圧ガスシール機能が必要とされるシール部品の架橋成形材料として有効に用いられる。
