A method for producing a conjugated-diene-based copolymer latex, comprising a step of performing the emulsion polymerization of a monomer component containing 10 to 80% by mass of an aliphatic conjugated-diene-based monomer, 0.5 to 15% by mass of an ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer and 5 to 89.5% by mass of another copolymerizable monomer, wherein the ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer comprises itaconic acid which does not show a peak that is detected in a time range between a detection time of 12 minutes and a detection time of 14 minutes in a chromatogram measured under the below-mentioned measurement conditions. The measurement is carried out using a liquid chromatography-corona charged aerosol detector, wherein the concentration of a sample is 1% by mass, the solvent is pure water, the column temperature is 40°C, the mobile phase is an aqueous formic acid solution/acetonitrile, and the feed rate is 0.2 ml/min.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d’un latex copolymère à base de diène conjugué, comprenant une étape de réalisation d’une polymérisation en émulsion d’un constituant monomère contenant de 10 à 80 % en masse d’un monomère à base de diène conjugué aliphatique, de 0,5 à 15 % en masse d’un monomère acide carboxylique éthyléniquement insaturé et de 5 à 89,5 % en masse d’un autre monomère copolymérisable, le monomère acide carboxylique éthyléniquement insaturé comprenant de l’acide itaconique qui ne présente pas de pic qui est détecté dans une plage de temps entre un temps de détection de 12 minutes et un temps de détection de 14 minutes dans un chromatogramme mesuré sous les conditions de mesure ci-dessous mentionnées. <Conditions de mesure> La mesure est effectuée en utilisant un détecteur d’aérosol chargé couronne en chromatographie liquide, où la concentration d’un échantillon est de 1 % en masse, le solvant est l’eau pure, la température de la colonne est de 40 °C, la phase mobile est une solution aqueuse d’acide formique/acétonitrile, et le débit d’alimentation est de 0,2 ml/min.
