A steel sheet comprising, by mass%, C: 0.06% to 0.22%, Si: 0.50% to 2.00%, Mn: 1.50% to 2.80%, Al: 0.02% to 1.00%, P: 0.001% to 0.100%, S: 0.0005% to 0.0100%, N: 0.0005% to 0.0100%, and the balance: Fe and impurities, and having a hot-dip galvanized plating layer or an alloyed hot-dip galvanized plating layer on a surface of the steel sheet, wherein: a 1/8 to 3/8 sheet thickness region centered around the 1/4 sheet thickness in the sheet thickness direction from the surface of the steel sheet has a microstructure comprising, by area ratio, ferrite: 15% to 85%, residual austenite: less than 5%, martensite: 15% to 75%, pearlite: 5% or less, and the balance (including 0%): bainite; the number of ferrite agglomerates having a thickness of 20 µm or less in the sheet thickness direction is 50% or more of the total number of ferrite agglomerates; a decarburized layer having a thickness of 10 µm to 150 µm is formed in a surface layer part of the steel sheet; ferrite agglomerates in the decarburized layer have a grain size of 30 µm or smaller; and the ratio of martensite agglomerates having an aspect ratio of 5 or larger among martensite agglomerates is 50% or smaller.

La présente invention concerne une tôle d'acier contenant, en % en masse, C : 0,06 % à 0,22 %, Si : 0,50 % à 2,00 %, Mn : 1,50 % à 2,80 %, Al : 0,02 % à 1,00 %, P : 0,001 % à 0,100 %, S : 0,0005 % à 0,0100 %, N : 0,0005 % à 0,0100 %, le reste étant constitué de Fe et d'impuretés. Ladite tôle d'acier comporte une couche de placage galvanisée par immersion à chaud ou une couche de placage alliée galvanisée par immersion à chaud sur une surface de la tôle d'acier. Une région entre 1/8 et 3/8 de l'épaisseur de la tôle, centrée autour du 1/4 de l'épaisseur de la tôle dans le sens de l'épaisseur de la tôle à partir de la surface de la tôle d'acier, comporte une microstructure contenant, en rapport de surface, ferrite : 15 % à 85 %, austénite résiduelle : moins de 5 %, martensite : 15 % à 75 %, perlite : 5 % ou moins, et le reste (0 % compris) : bainite. Le nombre d'agglomérats de ferrite ayant une épaisseur inférieure ou égale à 20 µm dans le sens de l'épaisseur de la tôle est supérieur ou égal à 50 % du nombre total d'agglomérats de ferrite. Une couche décarburée ayant une épaisseur de 10 µm à 150 µm est formée dans une partie de couche de surface de la tôle d'acier. Les agglomérats de ferrite dans la couche décarburée ont une taille de grains inférieure ou égale à 30 µm. Le rapport des agglomérats de martensite ayant un rapport d'aspect supérieur ou égal à 5 parmi les agglomérats de martensite est inférieur ou égal à 50 %.
