Abstract

Object of the present invention is an efficient catalyst for the synthesis of methanol by catalytic hydrogenation of carbon dioxide. Furthermore, others objects of the invention are a process for the preparation of said catalysts by self-combustion of a gel and a process for the synthesis of methanol by catalytic hydrogenation of carbon dioxide. The catalyst has the following formula (Cu)x (ZnO)y (ZrO2)z supported on mesoporous silica.

Un objet de la présente invention est un catalyseur efficace pour la synthèse de méthanol par hydrogénation catalytique de dioxyde de carbone. En outre, d'autres objets de l'invention sont un processus de préparation desdits catalyseurs par auto-combustion d'un gel et un processus de synthèse de méthanol par hydrogénation catalytique de dioxyde de carbone. Le catalyseur a la formule suivante (Cu)x (ZnO)y (ZrO2)z supportée sur de la silice mésoporeuse.
