Abstract
(EN) A low-cost input anti-overvoltage protection circuit capable of monitoring the magnitude of an AC input voltage in real time and controlling on/off of a switch device in a chopper circuit by means of a control circuit. When the AC input voltage is increased abnormally, the control circuit can quickly detect and control the switch device in the chopper circuit to be in the on/off state, maintain the energy-storage capacitor voltage, so as to quickly and effectively protect a back-stage circuit, prevent an energy-storage capacitor and a switch tube of the back-stage circuit from being damaged due to high voltage, and the back-stage circuit can continue working normally. Compared with the prior art, the low-cost input anti-overvoltage protection circuit is applicable to the situation and the condition that the abnormal overvoltage of the power network voltage may occur such as ground fault, the reaction speed is fast, the circuit is simple and reliable, the cost is low, the EMC performance is excellent, the design is flexible, and the protective threshold can be adjusted.
(FR) L'invention concerne un circuit de protection contre les surtensions d'entrée à faible coût pouvant surveiller l'amplitude d'une tension d'entrée CA en temps réel et commander la mise en/hors circuit d'un dispositif de commutation dans un circuit hacheur au moyen d'un circuit de commande. Lorsque la tension d'entrée CA augmente anormalement, le circuit de commande peut détecter et commander rapidement le dispositif de commutation du circuit hacheur pour qu'il se trouve dans l'état en/hors circuit, maintenir la tension de condensateur d'accumulation d'énergie, de façon à protéger rapidement et efficacement un circuit d'arrière-plan, empêcher un endommagement dû à une haute tension d'un condensateur d'accumulation d'énergie et d'un tube de commutation du circuit d'arrière-plan, et le circuit d'arrière-plan peut continuer à fonctionner normalement. Par comparaison avec l'état de la technique, le circuit de protection contre les surtensions d'entrée à faible coût peut être appliqué à la situation et à la condition selon lesquelles la surtension anormale de la tension de réseau électrique peut se produire telle qu'un défaut de mise à la terre, la vitesse de réaction est rapide, le circuit est simple et fiable, le coût est faible, la performance d'EMC est excellente, la conception est flexible, et le seuil de protection peut être ajusté.
