Abstract
(EN) The present invention provides a novel method for modifying a polymer molded body and binding a target molecule thereto. This method for selectively binding a target molecule to a polymer molded body is characterized by comprising a pre-treatment step of irradiating a selected surface of the polymer molded body with light in the presence of compound radicals and a binding step of reacting the target molecule with the pre-treated polymer molded body to bind the target molecule to the selected surface of the polymer molded body, and in that the compound radicals are radicals containing a Group 17 element and one element selected from the group consisting of Group 15 elements and Group 16 elements.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un nouveau procédé de modification d'un corps moulé polymère et de liaison d'une molécule cible à celui-ci. Ce procédé de liaison sélective d'une molécule cible à un corps moulé polymère se caractérise en ce qu'il comprend une étape de prétraitement consistant à exposer une surface sélectionnée du corps moulé polymère à de la lumière en présence de radicaux complexes et une étape de liaison consistant à faire réagir la molécule cible avec le corps moulé polymère pré-traité afin de lier la molécule cible à la surface sélectionnée du corps moulé polymère, et en ce que les radicaux complexes sont des radicaux contenant un élément du groupe 17 et un élément choisi dans le groupe constitué des éléments du groupe 15 et des éléments du groupe 16.
(JA) 本発明は、ポリマー成形体を改変し、目的分子を結合させる新たな方法を提供する。 本発明のポリマー成形体への選択的な目的分子の結合方法は、ポリマー成形体の選択表面に、化合物ラジカルの存在下、光照射する前処理工程と、前記前処理後のポリマー成形体に目的分子を反応させることで、前記ポリマー成形体の選択表面に前記目的分子を結合させる結合工程とを含み、前記化合物ラジカルが、15族元素および16族元素からなる群から選択された一つの元素と、17族元素とを含むラジカルであることを特徴とする。
