Abstract
(EN) [Problem] To provide a communication control device with which it is possible to reduce the recalculation load of interference control that could occur due to a change of operation state of a wireless system in the interval of information exchange between databases that is periodically performed during secondary use of the wireless system. [Solution] Provided is a communication control device that is provided with a control unit for setting a permissible amount of interference from a primary system that is tolerable to secondary systems secondarily using radio waves of a prescribed frequency band allocated to the primary system. When setting the permissible amount of interference, the control unit sets a first margin that is allocated to the secondary systems in operation, a second margin that absorbs changes of the first margin due to a change in the total number of secondary systems, and a third margin that is set in common with other communication control devices.
(FR) [Problème] Fournir un dispositif de commande de communication avec lequel il est possible de réduire la charge de recalcul de commande d'interférences qui pourrait se produire en raison d'un changement d'état de fonctionnement d'un système sans fil dans l'intervalle d'échange d'informations entre des bases de données qui est effectué périodiquement pendant l'utilisation secondaire du système sans fil. À cet effet, l'invention concerne un dispositif de commande de communication qui est pourvu d'une unité de commande pour définir une quantité admissible d'interférences provenant d'un système primaire qui est tolérable pour des systèmes secondaires utilisant accessoirement des ondes radio d'une bande de fréquence prescrite attribuée au système primaire. Lors de la définition de la quantité admissible d'interférences, l'unité de commande définit une première marge qui est attribuée aux systèmes secondaires en fonctionnement, une seconde marge qui absorbe les changements de la première marge en raison d'un changement du nombre total de systèmes secondaires, et une troisième marge qui est définie en commun avec d'autres dispositifs de commande de communication.
(JA) 【課題】無線システムの二次利用の際に、定期的に行われるデータベース間の情報交換の合間の無線システムの運用状態の変化によって発生しうる、干渉制御の再計算負荷を低減することが可能な通信制御装置を提供する。 【解決手段】一次システムに割り当てられた所定の周波数帯の電波を二次利用する二次システムが前記一次システムに許容できる許容干渉量を設定する制御部を備え、前記制御部は、前記許容干渉量の設定の際に、動作中の二次システムに対して割り当てられる第1のマージン、二次システムの総数の変化による前記第1のマージンの変化を吸収する第2のマージン、および、他の通信制御装置との間で共通に設定する第3のマージンを設定する、通信制御装置が提供される。
