Abstract
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for producing active GcMAF more simply and at a high yield. The present invention is a method for producing active GcMAF, the method including a step for culturing, in serum-free medium, host cells having a VDBP expression vector introduced therein. This culture is preferably a suspension culture. In addition, this method for producing active GcMAF is also characterized by not requiring an enzyme treatment step for sugar chain cleavage.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de GcMAF active de manière plus simple et à un rendement élevé. La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de GcMAF active, le procédé comprenant une étape de culture, dans un milieu sans sérum, de cellules hôtes dans lesquelles est introduit un vecteur d'expression de VDBP. Cette culture est de préférence une culture en suspension. De plus, ce procédé de production de GcMAF active est également caractérisé par le fait qu'il ne nécessite pas d'étape de traitement enzymatique pour le clivage de la chaîne de sucre.
(JA) 本発明は、より簡便、かつ収率の高い活性型GcMAFの製造方法を提供することを目的とする。 本発明は、VDBP発現ベクターを導入した宿主細胞を、無血清培地中で培養する工程を含む、活性型GcMAFの製造方法である。上記培養は浮遊培養であることが好ましい。また、本発明の活性型GcMAFの製造方法は、糖鎖切断のための酵素処理工程を必要としないことも特徴とする。
