Abstract
(EN) Provided are an organic light-emitting diode display substrate, a display device, and a manufacturing method. The organic light-emitting diode display substrate comprises a substrate base and a plurality of pixel units disposed on the substrate base, each pixel unit comprising a plurality of sub-pixel units, each sub-pixel unit comprising a switching thin film transistor and a bottom-emitting organic light-emitting diode. The organic light-emitting diode display substrate further comprises a light shielding layer located between the organic light-emitting diode and the switching thin film transistor, the orthographic projection of the light shielding layer on the substrate base completely covering the orthographic projection of the semiconductor region of the switching thin film transistor on the substrate base.
(FR) L'invention concerne un substrat d'affichage à diodes électroluminescentes organiques, un dispositif d'affichage et un procédé de fabrication. Le substrat d'affichage à diodes électroluminescentes organiques comprend une base de substrat et une pluralité d'unités de pixel disposées sur la base de substrat, chaque unité de pixel comprenant une pluralité d'unités de sous-pixel, chaque unité de sous-pixel comprenant un transistor à couches minces de commutation et une diode électroluminescente organique émettant par le bas.
