Abstract
(EN) Apparatus, systems, and methods for directing an autonomous robotic vehicle such as a lawn mower relative to a work region. In some embodiments, the vehicle travels in a random pattern within a travelling containment zone of a lesser size than the work region. The travelling containment zone may move or travel across the work region such that, over time, the travelling containment zone travels over most all of a working surface of the work region.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil, des systèmes, et des procédés d’orientation d’un véhicule robotique autonome tel qu’une tondeuse à gazon par rapport à une région de travail. Dans certains modes de réalisation, le véhicule se déplace selon un motif aléatoire à l’intérieur d’une zone de confinement de déplacement d’une taille inférieure à la région de travail. La zone de confinement de déplacement peut se déplacer ou se déplacer à travers la région de travail de sorte que, dans le temps, la zone de confinement de déplacement se déplace sur la majeure partie d’une surface de travail de la région de travail.
