Abstract

The present invention relates to an enzymatic derivative comprising a hydrolytic enzyme, preferably naringinase, which is immobilised by covalent bonding on laminar zeolites, to a method for producing same and to the uses thereof, preferably as a biocatalyst. The immobilisation of naringinase using the described method can increase the thermal stability of the naringinase and its stability at different pH levels, and its catalytic activity and affinity for the substrate, as compared to the free, non-immobilised enzyme. In addition, the enzymatic derivative of the invention can be reused in more than 20 consecutive cycles without diminishing the catalytic activity thereof, showing greater catalytic stability than that observed when using other different supports.

La presente invención se refiere a un derivado enzimático que comprende una enzima hidrolítica, preferentemente la naringinasa, inmovilizada a través de enlaces covalentes sobre zeolitas laminares, así como a su procedimiento de obtención y sus usos, preferentemente como biocatalizador. La inmovilización de la naringinasa mediante el procedimiento descrito es capaz de incrementar su estabilidad térmica, su estabilidad a diferentes pHs, su actividad catalítica y su afinidad por el sustrato, respecto de la enzima libre sin inmovilizar. Además, el derivado enzimático de la invención es capaz de reutilizarse en más de 20 ciclos consecutivos sin disminuir su actividad catalítica, mostrando una estabilidad catalítica superior a la observada al utilizar otros soportes diferentes.

La présente invention concerne un dérivé enzymatique qui comprend une enzyme hydrolitique, de préférence, la naringinase, immobilisée par des liaisons covalentes sur des zéolites laminaires, ainsi que son procédé d'obtention et ses utilisations, de préférence en tant que biocatalyseur. L'immobilisation de la naringinase au moyen du procédé décrit peut accroître sa stabilité thermique, sa stabilité à différents pH, son activité catalytique et son affinité pour le substrat, par rapport à l'enzyme libre non immobilisée. En outre, le dérivé enzymatique de l'invention peut être réutilisé dans plus de 20 cycles consécutifs sans réduction de son activité catalytique, démontrant une stabilité catalytique supérieure à celle observée lorsqu'on utilise d'autres supports différents.
