(EN)
[Problem] To provide: a secondary battery negative electrode which has a large energy density and in which the capacity is less likely to drop even after undergoing repeated charging and discharging; a secondary battery; and methods for manufacturing these. [Solution] This secondary battery negative electrode comprises a negative electrode collector and a negative electrode active material layer including at least a silicon active material and a binder, and has a structural morphology in which the silicon active material has an amorphous region including lithium, and in which lithium carbonate is distributed in the amorphous region in an island-like manner. This secondary battery negative electrode is manufactured by a method having: a step for forming the negative electrode active material layer which includes a Si active material and a binder; and a pre-doping step for bringing an electrolytic solution containing Li into contact with the negative electrode active material layer, applying pressure thereon, and introducing Li ions by an electrochemical method.

Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir une électrode négative de batterie secondaire qui présente une densité d'énergie élevée et dans laquelle la capacité est moins susceptible de chuter même après avoir été soumise à une charge et une décharge répétées; une batterie secondaire; et des procédés de fabrication de celles-ci. La solution selon l'invention porte sur une électrode négative de batterie secondaire qui comprend un collecteur et une couche de matériau actif comprenant au moins un matériau actif de silicium et un liant, et présente une morphologie structurale dans laquelle le matériau actif de silicium comporte une région amorphe comprenant du lithium, du carbonate de lithium étant réparti dans la région amorphe sous forme d'îlots. Cette électrode négative de batterie secondaire est fabriquée par un procédé comprenant : une étape de formation de la couche de matériau actif d'électrode négative qui comprend un matériau actif de Si et un liant; et une étape de pré-dopage pour mettre une solution électrolytique contenant du Li en contact avec la couche de matériau actif d'électrode négative, appliquer une pression sur celle-ci, et introduire des ions Li par un procédé électrochimique.

【課題】エネルギー密度が大きく、充放電を繰り返しても容量が低下しにくい二次電池用負極及び二次電池並びにそれらの製造方法を提供する。 【解決手段】シリコン系活物質とバインダーとを少なくとも含む負極活物質層と、負極集電体とを有する二次電池用負極であって、前記シリコン系活物質がリチウムを含む非晶質領域を有し、該非晶質領域中には島状の炭酸リチウムが分布している構造形態により上記課題を解決する。この二次電池用負極は、Si系活物質及びバインダーを含む負極活物質層を形成する工程と、当該負極活物質層にLiを含有する電解液を接触させ、圧力を加え、電気化学的方法でLiイオンを導入するプレドープ工程とを有する方法で製造される。
