A fine bamboo powder, which is prepared by using plant leaves of grass (Graminae) and bamboo (Bambusoideae) as raw materials, has a stable emerald green color and the average grain size of the powder is between 800 to 10000 meshes; a total amount of ≥60% of dietary fiber, a content of ≥20% of lignin and ≥7% of minerals; at least comprising three or more bamboo leaf characteristic components, such as orientin, isoorientin, vitexin, isovitexin, adenosine, δ-hydroxylysine and p-coumaric acid. The preparation method for the fine bamboo powder comprises, in sequence, performing blanching and color protection, drying and grinding the raw materials until superfine. By utilizing the thermal stability and light stability of the fine bamboo powder, the fine bamboo powder may be used as a raw food material, a functional ingredient, or a dietary supplement.

L'invention concerne une poudre fine de bambou, qui est préparée à l'aide de feuilles de plantes (Graminée) et de bambou (Bambousoidée) comme matières premières, qui a une couleur vert émeraude stable, et qui a une taille moyenne des grains de la poudre comprise entre 800 et 10 000 mailles; une quantité totale ≥ 60 % de fibres alimentaires, une teneur ≥ 20 % de lignine et ≥ 7 % de minéraux; comprenant au moins trois composants caractéristiques de feuille de bambou ou plus, tels que l'orientine, l'iso-orientine, la vitexine, l'isovitexine, l'adénosine, la δ-hydroxylysine et l'acide p-coumarique. Le procédé de préparation de la poudre fine de bambou comprend, successivement, la réalisation d'un blanchiment et d'une protection des couleurs, le séchage et le broyage des matières premières jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient superfines. Grâce à la stabilité thermique et à la stabilité à la lumière de la poudre fine de bambou, la poudre fine de bambou peut être utilisée comme matière alimentaire brute, comme ingrédient fonctionnel ou comme complément alimentaire.
