Abstract:
(EN) This disclosure relates to nanoparticles coated with fusion proteins comprising a domain that binds a cancer marker and a domain comprising a toxic polypeptide. In certain embodiments, the targeted cancer marker is urokinase plasminogen activator receptor (uPAR) insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor (IGF1R), EGFR, HER2, and/or other member of the ErbB family of receptors. In certain embodiments, the molecule that binds a cancer marker is an amino terminal fragment of uPA or variant capable of binding uPAR and/or IGF1 or variant capable of binding IGF1R. In certain embodiments, the toxic polypeptide is a bacterial exotoxin.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des nanoparticules revêtues de protéines de fusion, comprenant un domaine qui se lie à un marqueur de cancer et un domaine comprenant un polypeptide toxique. Selon certains modes de réalisation, le marqueur de cancer ciblé est le récepteur de l'activateur du plasminogène de l'urokinase (uPAR), le récepteur du facteur de croissance 1 ressemblant à l'insuline (IGF1R), EGFR, HER2 et/ou un autre membre de la famille des récepteurs ErbB. Selon certains modes de réalisation, la molécule qui se lie à un marqueur de cancer est un fragment de terminal aminé d'uPA ou un variant apte à se lier à uPAR et/ou à IGF1 ou un variant apte à se lier à IGF1R.
