Abstract:
(EN) A multi-mode, power-split hybrid transmission system having two planetary gear (PG) sets connected to one engine, two electric motors, one output shaft, and each other by several clutches, brakes, and direct connection elements. Depending on the specific location and actuation of the various clutch and brake elements, the multi-mode, power-split hybrid transmission system can be run in one of several modes (e.g. electric drive, power-split, parallel hybrid, series hybrid, electronic continuously variable transmission (eCVT), generator, neutral, and the like).
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de transmission hybride à répartition de puissance multimode, lequel système comprend deux ensembles d'engrenages planétaires (PG) reliés à un moteur à combustion, à deux moteurs électriques, à un arbre de sortie, et entre eux par plusieurs embrayages, freins et éléments de liaison directe. En fonction de l'emplacement et de l'actionnement spécifiques des divers éléments d'embrayage et de freinage, le système de transmission hybride à répartition de puissance multimode peut fonctionner dans l'un de plusieurs modes (par exemple, entraînement électrique, répartition de puissance, hybride parallèle, hybride série, transmission variable en continu électronique (eCVT), générateur, neutre, et analogues).
