Abstract:
(EN) The invention concerns a device (20) and a method for determining dental plaque. For example, the method comprises the steps of receiving a first 3D-image (121) comprising at least one tooth (126) and a second 3D-image (122) comprising the at least one tooth (126), wherein the second 3D-image (122) has been captured at a different point in time than the first 3D-image (121). The method further comprises the steps of comparing the first 3D-image (121) and the second 3D-image (122) with each other and determining, based on a deviation between the first 3D-image (121) and the second 3D-image (122), a differential amount of dental plaque on the at least one tooth (126).
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif (20) et un procédé de détermination de plaque dentaire. Par exemple, le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à recevoir une première image 3D (121) comprenant au moins une dent (126) et une seconde image 3D (122) comprenant ladite au moins une dent (126), la seconde image 3D (122) ayant été capturée à un instant différent de celui de la première image 3D (121).
