Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are methods of isolating T cells having antigenic specificity for a mutated p53 amino acid sequence encoded by a cancer-specific p53 mutation, the method comprising: inducing autologous APCs of the patient to present the mutated p53 amino acid sequence; co-culturing autologous T cells of the patient with the autologous APCs that present the mutated p53 amino acid sequence; and selecting the autologous T cells. Also disclosed are related methods of preparing a population of cells, populations of cells, pharmaceutical compositions, and methods of treating or preventing cancer.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des procédés d’isolement de cellules T ayant une spécificité antigénique pour une séquence d’acides aminés p53 mutée codée par une mutation p53 spécifique du cancer, le procédé comprenant : l’induction d’APC autologues du patient pour présenter la séquence d’acides aminés p53 mutée ; la co-culture des cellules T autologues du patient avec les APC autologues qui présentent la séquence d’acides aminés p53 mutée ; et la sélection des cellules T autologues. La présente invention concerne également des procédés de préparation d’une population de cellules, des populations de cellules, des compositions pharmaceutiques, et des procédés de traitement ou de prévention du cancer.
