Abstract:
(EN) The inductor includes a plurality of inductive elements that are at least partially encapsulated, covered, or embedded in a composite magnetic material that improves the inductance of the inductor without a corresponding, detrimental, increase in the size of the inductor. The composite magnetic material includes a plurality of magnetic particles dispersed in a carrier medium. Each of the magnetic particles includes a magnetic core that is encapsulated in a dielectric magnetic coating. The dielectric magnetic coating is a thermally stable material having high electrical resistivity.
(FR) L'invention concerne un inducteur comprenant une pluralité d'éléments inductifs qui sont au moins partiellement encapsulés dans, recouverts par ou incorporés dans un matériau magnétique composite qui améliore l'inductance de l'inducteur sans une augmentation correspondante, préjudiciable, de la taille de l'inducteur. Le matériau magnétique composite comprend une pluralité de particules magnétiques dispersées dans un milieu porteur. Chacune des particules magnétiques comprend un noyau magnétique qui est encapsulé dans un revêtement magnétique diélectrique. Le revêtement magnétique diélectrique est un matériau thermiquement stable présentant une résistivité électrique élevée.
