Abstract:
(EN) A system for multi-stage placement of material in a wellbore includes a recurrent neural network that can be configured based on data from a multi-stage, stimulated wellbore. A computing device in communication with a sensor and a pump is operable to implement the recurrent neural network, which may include a long short-term neural network model (LSTM). Surface data from the sensor at each observation time of a plurality of observation times is used by the recurrent neural network to produce a predicted value for a response variable at a future time, and the predicted value for the response variable is used to control a pump being used to place the material.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de placement multi-étage de matériau dans un puits de forage, lequel système comprend un réseau neuronal récurrent qui peut être configuré sur la base de données provenant d'un puits de forage stimulé multi-étages. Un dispositif informatique en communication avec un capteur et une pompe permet de mettre en œuvre le réseau neuronal récurrent, lequel peut comprendre un long modèle de réseau neuronal à court terme (LSTM). Des données de surface provenant du capteur à chaque instant d'observation d'une pluralité d'instants d'observation sont utilisées par le réseau neuronal récurrent pour produire une valeur prédite pour une variable de réponse à un instant futur, et la valeur prédite pour la variable de réponse est utilisée pour commander une pompe utilisée pour placer le matériau.
