Abstract:
(EN) Instead of cooling the turbine disk blades of the gas turbine engines using a very stressful and expensive method of stealing from the compressor air at a temperature of 650 degrees Celsius, it is possible to provide a much effective cooling by using fan stages (1) located on a second shaft (2) added to the entry point of the engine main shaft (5), which allows the cooling of HPT (8) and LPT (9) disks and blades (12,13) with air so much cooler than the air provided in the conventional method.
(FR) Au lieu de refroidir les aubes de disque de turbine de moteurs à turbine à gaz à l'aide d'un procédé très contraignant et coûteux consistant à prélever de l'air dans le compresseur à une température de 650° C, il est possible d'obtenir un refroidissement très efficace au moyen d'étages de ventilateur (1) situés sur un second arbre (2) ajouté au point d'entrée de l'arbre principal de moteur (5), ce qui permet le refroidissement des disques de turbine HP (8) et des disques de turbine BP (9) et des aubes (12,13) de turbine HP et BP avec de l'air beaucoup plus froid que l'air fourni dans le procédé classique.
