Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a PV cell used specifically in a shingled PV module, wherein the PV cell is with profiled busbars on the front and/or rear surfaces. As compared to a conventional PV cell with flat or non-profiled busbars, the PV cell in the present invention has busbars which are profiled with opposing structures, namely height protrusions and cavities, such that it fits and hold onto each other during the shingling process. The PV cell busbars are profiled to 1 ) improve the electrical performance of the PV module, 2) increase the mechanical coupling strength of shingled PV cell, 3) allow optimized usage of intermediary materials at shingled joint and 4) improve reliability of shingled module.
(FR) L'invention concerne une cellule photovoltaïque utilisée spécifiquement dans un module photovoltaïque en bardeau, la cellule photovoltaïque étant pourvue de barres-bus profilées sur les surfaces avant et/ou arrière. Par rapport à une cellule photovoltaïque classique à barres-bus plates ou non profilées, la cellule photovoltaïque selon la présente invention comporte des barres-bus qui sont profilées avec des structures opposées, à savoir des parties saillantes en hauteur et des cavités, de telle sorte qu'elle s'adaptent et se maintiennent les unes aux autres pendant le processus de bardage. Les barres-bus des cellules photovoltaïques sont profilées afin de 1) améliorer les performances électriques du module photovoltaïque, 2) augmenter la résistance de couplage mécanique de la cellule photovoltaïque en bardeau, 3) permettre une utilisation optimisée de matériaux intermédiaires au niveau de la jonction des bardeaux et 4) améliorer la fiabilité du module en bardeau.
