Abstract:
(EN) The invention is in a field of moisture- and gas-barrier relatively thick-walled films and relates to flat coextruded and thermoset barrier film suitable for use in the food industry and method for making thereof. The film comprises an outer heat sealable layer mainly made of a (co)polyolefin with the Vicat softening temperature not exceeding 130ºC, at least one heat resistant layer mainly made of at least one polar (co)polymer selected from the group including predominantly aliphatic (co)polyamides and aromatic (co)polyesters, at least one core adhesive layer from a material capable of adhering both to (co)polyolefins and to polar (co)polymers, wherein said heat resistant layer made of predominantly aliphatic (co)polyamides comprises not less than 15% of at least one predominantly aliphatic copolyamide with the melting temperature not exceeding 205ºC. The method comprises the stages of coextrusion, biaxial stretching, thermosetting and winding up of the resulting film into a roll, whereby the surface draw ratio at biaxial stretching is not less than 8, and the stage of thermosetting is accompanied by linear relaxation and shrinkage in at least one of the machine and the transverse directions by more than 25%, and by surface relaxation and shrinkage by more than 40%. The invention provides the film which can be used for thermoforming by the method of deep drawing under the severe conditions, and the formed products possess the desirable mechanical reliability.
(FR) L'invention concerne le domaine des films à paroi relativement épaisse imperméables à l'humidité et aux gaz et concerne un film barrière plat coextrudé et thermodurci approprié pour être utilisé dans l'industrie alimentaire et son procédé de fabrication. Le film comprend une couche externe thermoscellable constituée principalement d'une (co)polyoléfine dont la température de ramollissement Vicat ne dépasse pas 130 °C, au moins une couche résistante à la chaleur constituée principalement d'au moins un (co)polymère polaire choisi dans le groupe comprenant majoritairement des (co)polyamides aliphatiques des polyamides et des (co)polyesters aromatiques, au moins une couche adhésive de cœur à partir d'un matériau capable d'adhérer à la fois à des (co)polyoléfines et à des (co)polymères polaires, ladite couche résistante à la chaleur étant constituée de (co)polyamides aliphatiques ne contenant pas moins de 15 % d'au moins un copolyamide majoritairement aliphatique dont la température de fusion ne dépasse pas 205 °C. Le procédé comprend les étapes de coextrusion, d'étirage biaxial, de thermodurcissement et d'enroulement du film résultant en un rouleau, ce par quoi le rapport d'étirage de surface à un étirage biaxial n'est pas inférieur à 8, et l'étape de thermodurcissement s'accompagne d'une relaxation et d'un retrait linéaires dans au moins l'une de la machine et des directions transversales de plus de 25 %, et par une relaxation et un retrait de surface de plus de 40 %. L'invention concerne le film qui peut être utilisé pour le thermoformage par le procédé d'emboutissage profond dans les conditions difficiles, et les produits formés possèdent la fiabilité mécanique souhaitable.
