Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, and specifically to technology for manufacturing steel pipes having a wear-resistant polymer coating used for building and operating oil and gas pipelines, heat supply systems, and water supply systems, including large-diameter pipes. The technical result of the claimed group of inventions is an increase in the impact resistance and the durability of a polymer coating in the process of long-term pipe operation. A method of producing a radiation-modified wear-resistant polymer coating on a steel pipe, including the application of a primer layer on a surface of the steel pipe, the application of an adhesive layer on the primer layer, and the subsequent application onto the adhesive layer of a composite polymer layer in the form of a matrix based on polyolefins and a reinforcing filler-fiber, and the radiation modification of the coating using at least one electron accelerator with a radiation dose of 1-100 Mrad at a ratio of displacement speed to rotation speed of the pipe equal to 0.1-5.0.
(FR) L'invention concerne le domaine des constructions mécaniques et notamment de la technologie de fabrication de tubes d'acier à revêtement en polymère résistant à l’usure, utilisés pour la construction et l’exploitation de canalisations de gaz et de pétrole, des systèmes de chauffage et d’amenée d’eau, y compris de tubes de grand diamètre. Le résultat technique du groupe d’inventions consiste à augmenter la résistance aux chocs et la résistance à l’usure du revêtement en polymère durant une exploitation prolongée des tubes. Le procédé de fabrication d'un revêtement en polymère résistant à l'usure sur un tube d'acier comprend l'application d'une couche d'apprêt à la surface du tube d'acier, l'application d’une couche adhésive sur la couche d'apprêt, suivie de l'application d’une couche en polymère à base de polyoléfines sur une couche adhésive et la modification du revêtement par rayonnements à l'aide d'au moins un accélérateur d'électrons produisant une dose d'irradiation de 1-100 Mrad, le rapport entre la vitesse de déplacement et la vitesse de rotation du tube étant de 0,1-5,0.
(RU) Изобретение относится к области машиностроения, а именно, к технологии производства стальных труб с полимерным износостойким покрытием, используемым для строительства и эксплуатации нефте- и газопроводов, систем теплоснабжения и водоснабжения, в том числе труб большого диаметра. Техническим результатом заявленной группы изобретений является повышение ударной прочности и износостойкости полимерного покрытия в процессе длительной эксплуатации труб. Способ получения радиационно-модифицированного износостойкого полимерного покрытия на стальной трубе, включающий нанесение грунтовочного слоя на поверхность стальной трубы, нанесение адгезионного слоя на грунтовочный слой, с последующим нанесением на адгезионный слой композиционного полимерного слоя в виде матрицы на основе полиолефинов и армирующего наполнителя - волокна и радиационной модификацией покрытия при помощи, по крайней мере, одного ускорителя электронов с дозой облучения 1-100 Мрад, при отношении скорости перемещения к скорости вращения трубы равной 0,1-5,0.
