Abstract:
(EN) A quantification apparatus according to the present invention can comprise: an acquisition unit for acquiring a grain flow function that connects segments or curves having the same initial coordinate values, which are calculated and stored at a plurality of joints set to an object to be plastic-worked, by using the initial coordinate values of the joints; a first unit for calculating a grain flow density vector function corresponding to a grade or a gradient of the grain flow function; a second unit for calculating a grain flow overlapping quality matrix corresponding to a grade or a gradient of the grain flow density vector function; and a processing unit for quantifying densification and overlapping quality of a grain flow of the object by using the grain flow density vector function and the grain flow overlapping quality matrix.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil de quantification qui peut comprendre : une unité d'acquisition pour acquérir une fonction d'écoulement de grain qui relie des segments ou des courbes ayant les mêmes valeurs de coordonnées initiales, qui sont calculées et stockées au niveau d'une pluralité de joints fixés à un objet à travailler en plastique, à l'aide des valeurs de coordonnées initiales des articulations ; une première unité pour calculer une fonction de vecteur de densité d'écoulement de grain correspondant à un grade ou à un gradient de la fonction d'écoulement de grain ; une seconde unité pour calculer une matrice de qualité de chevauchement d'écoulement de grain correspondant à un grade ou à un gradient de la fonction de vecteur de densité d'écoulement de grain ; et une unité de traitement pour quantifier la densification et la qualité de chevauchement d'un écoulement de grain de l'objet à l'aide de la fonction de vecteur de densité d'écoulement de grain et de la matrice de qualité de chevauchement d'écoulement de grain.
(KO) 본 발명의 정량화 장치는 소성가공되는 대상물에 설정된 복수의 절점에서 계산되고 저장되어 있는 그 절점의 초기 좌표값을 이용하여 동일 초기 좌표값을 갖는 선분 또는 곡선들을 연결하는 단류선 함수(grain flow function)를 획득하는 획득 유니트; 상기 단류선 함수의 구배 또는 그라디언트(gradient)에 해당하는 단류선 밀도 벡터함수(grain flow density vector function, 벡터함수)를 산출하는 제1 유니트; 상기 단류선 밀도 벡터함수의 구배 또는 그라디언트(gradient)에 해당하는 단류선 겹침 품질 행렬(gradient of grain flow density vector function, grain flow overlapping quality matrix, 행렬)을 산출하는 제2 유니트; 상기 단류선 밀도 벡터함수와 단류선 겹침 품질 행렬을 이용해서 상기 대상물의 단류선의 치밀성 및 겹침 품질을 정량화하는 처리 유니트;를 포함할 수 있다.
