Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a protein conjugate in which a biologically active polypeptide and a biocompatible material are linked to each other via a non-peptidyl polymer-coupled fatty acid derivative compound serving as a linker, whereby the biologically active duration of the conjugate is prolonged compared to the wild-type, and a preparation method therefor. The protein conjugate of the present invention in which a biocompatible material, a non-peptidyl polymer-coupled fatty acid derivative compound, and a biologically active polypeptide are linked was found to allow the biologically active polypeptide to increase in serum half-life and thus can be widely used in the protein medication field.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un conjugué protéinique dans lequel un polypeptide biologiquement actif et un matériau biocompatible sont liés l'un à l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'un composé dérivé d'acide gras couplé à un polymère non peptidyle servant de lieur, la durée biologiquement active du conjugué étant prolongée par rapport au type sauvage, et un procédé de préparation associé. Il a été trouvé que le conjugué protéinique de la présente invention, dans lequel un matériau biocompatible, un composé dérivé d'acide gras couplé à un polymère non peptidyle et un polypeptide biologiquement actif sont liés, permet l'augmentation de la demi-vie sérique du polypeptide biologiquement actif et il peut donc être largement utilisé dans le domaine des médicaments protéiniques.
(KO) 본 발명은 생리활성 폴리펩타이드와 생체적합성 물질이 링커로서 비펩타이드성 중합체 결합 지방산 유도체 화합물을 통해 연결되어 생리활성 지속기간이 천연형에 비해 연장된 단백질 결합체 및 이를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 생체적합성 물질, 비펩타이드성 중합체 결합 지방산 유도체 화합물을 및 생리활성 폴리펩타이드가 연결된 단백질 결합체는 생리활성 폴리펩타이드의 혈중 반감기가 증가됨을 확인하였는바, 단백질 약물 분야에서 널리 사용될 수 있다.
