Abstract:
(EN) The present disclosure relates to a method for manufacturing a hybrid suspension arm for a vehicle and a hybrid suspension arm manufactured by using the same. The method for manufacturing a hybrid suspension arm may comprise the steps of: preparing an assembly of a ball stud and a bearing; preparing a suspension arm body; attaching a ball joint pipe and a bush pipe to the suspension arm body; inserting the assembly of the ball stud and the bearing into the ball joint pipe to produce a suspension arm main body; inserting the suspension arm main body into a mold having a plurality of fixing pins formed therein; injecting an insert molding in the direction of an upper surface of the ball joint pipe through a mold into a ball joint portion including the ball joint pipe and the ball stud; and inserting the bush into the bush pipe so as to be assembled. When the suspension arm main body is inserted into the mold, the fixing pin is positioned adjacent to the ball joint portion so that a lower surface of the ball joint pipe is fixed when the insert molding is injected. In this method, by forming the fixing pin on the mold, it is possible to prevent the ball joint portion from flexing deformation without forming a spike shape, and also to prevent rusting due to damage of a painted surface which occurs when the spike shape is used.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un bras de suspension hybride pour un véhicule et un bras de suspension hybride fabriqué au moyen de celui-ci. Le procédé de fabrication d'un bras de suspension hybride peut comprendre les étapes suivantes : préparation d'un ensemble d'un pivot à rotule et d'un palier; préparation d'un corps de bras de suspension; fixation d'un tuyau à joint à rotule et d'un tuyau à manchon au corps de bras de suspension; insertion de l'ensemble du pivot à rotule et du palier dans le tuyau à joint à rotule pour produire un corps principal de bras de suspension; insertion du corps principal de bras de suspension dans un moule comportant une pluralité de broches de fixation formées à l'intérieur de celui-ci; injection d'un moulage d'insert dans la direction d'une surface supérieure du tuyau à joint à rotule à travers un moule dans une partie de joint à rotule comprenant le tuyau de joint à rotule et le pivot à rotule; et insertion du manchon dans le tuyau à manchon de façon à être assemblé. Lorsque le corps principal de bras de suspension est inséré dans le moule, la broche de fixation est positionnée de façon adjacente à la partie de joint à rotule de sorte qu'une surface inférieure du tuyau à joint à rotule soit fixée lorsque le moulage d'insert est injecté. Dans ce procédé, en formant la broche de fixation sur le moule, il est possible d'empêcher la partie de joint à rotule de se déformer par flexion sans former une forme de pointe, et également d'empêcher la rouille due aux dommages causés à une surface peinte qui surviennent lorsque la forme de pointe est utilisée.
(KO) 본 개시는 차량용 하이브리드 현가암의 제조 방법 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 하이브리드 현가암에 관한 것이다. 하이브리드 현가암의 제조 방법은, 볼 스터드와 베어링의 조립체를 준비하는 단계, 현가암 바디를 준비하는 단계, 현가암 바디에 볼 조인트 파이프 및 부시 파이프를 부착하는 단계, 볼 스터드와 베어링의 조립체를 볼 조인트 파이프 내로 삽입하여 현가암 본체를 제작하는 단계, 현가암 본체를 복수 개의 고정 핀이 형성된 금형의 내부에 삽입하는 단계, 및 볼 조인트 파이프와 볼 스터드를 포함하는 볼 조인트부에 금형을 통해서 볼 조인트 파이프의 상면 방향으로 인서트 몰딩을 사출하는 단계, 부시를 부시 파이프에 삽입하여 조립하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다. 현가암 본체를 금형의 내부에 삽입 시, 고정 핀은 볼 조인트부에 인접하게 위치하여, 인서트 몰딩의 사출 시 볼 조인트 파이프의 하면을 고정한다. 이 방법에서, 금형에 고정 핀을 형성함으로써 스파이크 형상을 형성하지 않고도 볼 조인트부의 휨 변형을 방지하는 동시에 스파이크 형상을 사용할 시 발생하는 도장면 손상으로 인한 녹 발생 또한 방지할 수 있다.
