(KO) 이차전지 활물질 소성용 내화갑 및 이를 이용한 이차전지 활물질 제조방법
Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a sagger for firing an object to be fired including an active material for a secondary battery. The sagger comprises a notch portion that is recessed from an upper portion of a side wall thereof to open a portion of the side wall, wherein the ratio of the area of the notch portion to the area of the side wall is 30% to 70%, and an edge where a side wall of the sagger contacts a lower surface of the sagger is configured by a round portion. According to the present invention, carbon dioxide that is a reaction by-product produced during a positive electrode active material firing process can be smoothly discharged from the sagger, and such a smooth discharge of carbon dioxide can lower a residual lithium concentration of a positive electrode active material and thus can improve dispersibility of a positive electrode active material slurry and also improve capacity of a battery.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une casette destinée à cuire un objet à cuire comportant un matériau actif destiné à une batterie secondaire. La casette comprend une partie encoche qui est en retrait d'une partie supérieure d'une paroi latérale de cette dernière en vue d'ouvrir une partie de la paroi latérale, le rapport de la zone de la partie encoche à la zone de la paroi latérale étant de 30 % à 70 %, et un bord où une paroi latérale de la casette entre en contact avec une surface inférieure de la casette étant conçu par une partie ronde. Selon la présente invention, le dioxyde de carbone, qui est un sous-produit de réaction produit pendant un processus de cuisson de matériau actif d'électrode positive, peut être évacué de façon régulière de la casette, et une telle évacuation régulière de dioxyde de carbone peut abaisser une concentration de lithium résiduel d'un matériau actif d'électrode positive et peut ainsi améliorer la dispersibilité d'une bouillie de matériau actif d'électrode positive et améliorer également la capacité d'une batterie.
(KO) 본 발명은 이차전지용 활물질을 포함하는 피소성물을 소성하기 위한 내화갑에 있어서, 상기 내화갑은 측벽의 상부로부터 함몰되어 측벽의 일부가 개방된 노치부를 포함하고, 상기 측벽의 면적에 대한 노치부의 면적 비율이 30 내지 70%이며, 상기 내화갑의 측벽과 하면이 접하는 모서리가 라운드부로 이루어진 것인 내화갑에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 양극 활물질 소성공정에서의 반응 부산물인 이산화탄소가 내화갑으로부터 원활하게 배출될 수 있으며, 이와 같은 이산화 탄소의 원활한 배출로 인해 양극 활물질의 잔류 리튬 농도를 낮출 수 있어 양극 활물질 슬러리의 분산성을 개선할 수 있고, 나아가 전지의 용량 또한 개선할 수 있다.
