Abstract:
(EN) A method for manufacturing distributed straight-angle armature winding according to the present invention comprises: step (a) for preparing a raw material in which at least one pair of intra-slot winding areas and an end winding area, provided between the pair of intra-slot winding areas, continue; step (b) for forming an inclined surface by processing a contact surface which comes into contact with at least the inner slot surface of a stator among the periphery of the pair of intra-slot winding areas; and step (c) for bending between the end winding area and the intra-slot winding areas.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un enroulement d'induit à angle droit réparti comprenant : une étape (a) pour préparer une matière première dans laquelle au moins une paire de zones d'enroulement intra-fente et une zone d'enroulement d'extrémité, disposée entre la paire de zones d'enroulement intra-fente, continuent ; une étape (b) pour former une surface inclinée par traitement d'une surface de contact qui vient en contact avec au moins la surface de fente intérieure d'un stator parmi la périphérie de la paire de zones d'enroulement intra-fente ; et une étape (c) pour se plier entre la zone d'enroulement d'extrémité et les zones d'enroulement intra-fente.
(KO) 본 발명에 따른 분포권 평각형 전기자 권선 제조방법은, 적어도 한 쌍의 슬롯내권선영역 및 상기 한 쌍의 슬롯내권선영역 사이에 구비되는 엔드와인딩영역이 연속된 원재료를 준비하는 (a)단계, 상기 한 쌍의 슬롯내권선영역 둘레 중 적어도 스테이터의 슬롯 내면에 접촉되는 접촉면을 가공하여 경사면을 형성하는 (b)단계 및 상기 엔드와인딩영역 및 상기 슬롯내권선영역 사이를 벤딩시키는 (c)단계를 포함한다.
