Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a video decoding method comprising the steps of: acquiring, from a bitstream, prediction motion vector information indicating a prediction motion vector of a current block and differential motion vector information indicating a differential motion vector of the current block; determining the prediction motion vector of the current block according to whether a block adjacent to the current block has been decoded and the prediction motion vector information; determining motion vector resolution of the current block according to whether the block adjacent to the current block has been decoded; determining the differential motion vector of the current block according to the differential motion vector information; determining a motion vector of the current block according to the prediction motion vector, the motion vector resolution, and the differential motion vector; and reconstructing the current block according to the motion vector of the current block, wherein the block adjacent to the current block includes a block to the right of the current block.
(FR) Selon l’invention, un procédé de décodage vidéo consiste à : acquérir, à partir d’un train de bits, des informations de vecteur de mouvement de prédiction indiquant un vecteur de mouvement de prédiction d’un bloc actuel et des informations de vecteur de mouvement différentiel indiquant un vecteur de mouvement différentiel du bloc actuel ; déterminer le vecteur de mouvement de prédiction du bloc actuel selon qu’un bloc adjacent au bloc actuel ait été ou non décodé et les informations du vecteur de mouvement de prédiction ; déterminer la résolution du vecteur de mouvement du bloc actuel selon que le bloc adjacent au bloc actuel ait été décodé ; déterminer le vecteur de mouvement différentiel du bloc actuel en fonction des informations de vecteur de mouvement différentiel ; déterminer un vecteur de mouvement du bloc actuel en fonction du vecteur de mouvement de prédiction, de la résolution du vecteur de mouvement et du vecteur de mouvement différentiel ; et reconstruire le bloc actuel en fonction du vecteur de mouvement du bloc actuel, le bloc adjacent au bloc actuel comprenant un bloc à la droite du bloc actuel.
